I had a great experience with them. Everyone eas so kind and offered cold water when we were putting things in storage. As it is summer and very hot that was much appreciated. The building is nice and cold inside. I like that everyone gets their own gate code as well. Despite being in a less than great section of downtown I felt like my items were secure. They also noticed I moved out before I told them which makes me feel like they do routine walks of the building.
