Upon accessing or engaging with the Services in any manner (whether automated or otherwise), you (A) acknowledge that you have perused, comprehended, and consented to these Terms of Use, and (B) confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have attained the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence). Should you disagree with these Terms of Use, refrain from using the Services.

This Agreement includes a provision for waiving the right to a jury trial.

All agreements for leasing our storage facilities will be governed by a distinct written lease agreement, and any additional purchases conducted via the Site may be subject to supplementary terms and conditions. Reservations. Pricing.

The Services permit you to make reservations for storage facilities. A reservation secures your unit specifications, encompassing square footage, rates, and potential discounts; nevertheless, we retain the authority to annul your reservation or substitute units prior to finalizing a lease with you. Unit sizes are approximate, and facility amenities differ by location. It is advisable to contact specific locations to verify amenities at a particular facility. Prices and the array of Services generally correspond to our retail prices and offerings but may exhibit variations. Prices and promotions are subject to change. Pricing, promotions, and discounts adhere to the terms stipulated in the respective offers and are exclusive to new customers, not applicable to existing customers transferring units. All advertised specials are contingent upon unit availability, unit size, and any additional terms specified in the offer. Additional restrictions may apply, including taxes and supplementary charges.

Scope of and Restrictions on Use.

In accordance with these Terms of Use, Company provides you with a restricted, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and utilize the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, including any visual, textual, instructional, auditory, video, and other materials accessible through or associated with the Services (collectively referred to as the "Content"). Unless otherwise stipulated in these Terms of Use, the Content must not be duplicated, downloaded, or stored in a retrieval system for any alternative purpose, nor should it be redistributed, reused, or altered for any reason, without the explicit written consent of Company. You agree not to:

• Gather information from the Services using automated software tools or manual methods on a large scale.
• Employ automated techniques to enter the Services, or gain unauthorized entry to the Services, accounts, or connected computer systems.
• Engage in reverse engineering, penetration testing, or other activities aimed at identifying vulnerabilities within the Services.
• Obtain or attempt to obtain access to areas of the Site or systems not intended for your use.
• Overwhelm the Services with excessive requests, causing disruption or harm to the Services or systems.
• Hinder other users from accessing or utilizing the Services.
• Alter or remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices present on the Site or in the Content.
• Use the Services or Content for unlawful purposes or beyond the granted rights.

Ownership:

The Company and its licensors own the Services (including the Content), protected by copyright, trademark, and relevant US and international laws. Trademarks, service marks, and logos on the Site are registered and unregistered properties of the Company and its licensors. You acknowledge that the Company retains sole ownership of the Services and Content, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights.

Account Registration and Security:

Some Services may need account registration. You commit to providing accurate, up-to-date information about yourself during registration. You are accountable for all activities on your account, and must not share it with others. Safeguard your account details, including username and password, and notify the Company promptly of any unauthorized account use or security breaches. The Company is not responsible for losses due to your failure to secure your account.

For Apple users:

These Terms of Use establish a binding agreement solely between the user and JustStorage. Apple bears no responsibility for the services, support, maintenance, or warranty obligations. Users are responsible for complying with third-party terms while using the service.

Electronic Communications: By using the Services, users consent to receive electronic communications from the company. All communications sent electronically fulfill legal requirements.

Privacy Policy: All information collected by the company is subject to the Privacy Policy, and users consent to the company's actions regarding their information in compliance with the policy.

Sweepstakes, Contests, and Games: Additional rules may apply to Promotions offered via the Services, and users are advised to review these rules before participating.

Change and Suspension:

• The company can make changes, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time without liability to users.
• Access to the Services can be denied, suspended, or terminated by the company for any reason, including violation of the Terms of Use.

Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability:

By providing your mobile number(s) to the Company and opting into the short code program, you agree and understand that:

• Message and data rates may apply.

Indemnification:

By providing your cell phone information, you agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any losses or damages related to Texts. You also agree not to sue the Company for damages related to Texts.

Wireless carriers may include AT&T, Boost Mobile, Sprint, T-Mobile®, U.S. Cellular, Verizon Wireless, Virgin Mobile USA, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
